سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

Products may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase only if completely unopened.
Only damaged items are eligible for exchange and will be replaced with the same or equivalent product.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances; compensation is strictly through product replacement.
A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required to process any exchange.
The management reserves the right to decline any exchange request that does not meet the stated conditions.

يمكن استبدال المنتج خلال ١٥ يومًا من تاريخ الشراء في حال كان غير مفتوح تمامًا.
يتم استبدال المنتجات التالفة فقط، ويُعوض العميل بمنتج آخر من نفس النوع أو ما يعادله.
لا يتم استرجاع المبالغ المالية تحت أي ظرف، ويتم الاستبدال فقط وفق الشروط المذكورة أعلاه.
يجب تقديم إثبات الشراء (فاتورة أو إيصال) عند طلب الاستبدال.
تحتفظ الإدارة بحقها في رفض أي طلب استبدال لا يستوفي الشروط.
